Refund Policy

1. Overview
Arya subscriptions are billed monthly. Pricing is published on aryasupport.com/pricing. Billing flows through one of two paths depending on how you started:
- Shopify App Store installs — billed through the Shopify Billing API; charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
- Direct web signups at aryasupport.com (legacy beta path) — billed by our web payment provider.
We aim to be fair and transparent — if something went wrong on our end, we will make it right.
2. No Pro-Rata Refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly. If you cancel mid-cycle, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused days, except where required by applicable law (including EU consumer protection rules).
3. 30-Day Service Guarantee
If Arya stops functioning correctly due to a fault on our side — for example, a platform outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, or a critical data integration failure — you are entitled to a full refund of your most recent monthly charge, provided you request it within 30 days of the charge date.
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Downtime caused by Shopify, Gmail, or other third-party services outside our control
- Issues arising from incorrect configuration on your end
- Free-tier accounts (no charge, no refund applicable)
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@aryasupport.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include:
- Your account email address
- The charge date and amount
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days to confirm receipt and next steps.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through whichever payment path you originally used (Shopify Billing for App Store installs, or our web payment provider for direct signups) and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Charges for custom onboarding or professional services, if applicable
- Charges where the account was suspended for policy violations
- Charges older than 90 days
7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. For EU-specific enquiries, contact us at support@aryasupport.com.
