About Arya

Arya is an AI customer support agent built for Shopify merchants. It reads your support inbox, pulls the relevant context from your Shopify store, and drafts a reply that sounds like you — in French or English — in seconds rather than minutes.

Why we built it

Small and mid-sized Shopify merchants spend hours every week on routine support emails: “where's my order?”, “can I exchange this?”, “I need a refund.” That work is repetitive, doesn't scale with headcount, and takes operators away from growing the business.

Arya handles the routine flow so your team can focus on the conversations that actually require a human.

How it works

Connect a Gmail inbox and your Shopify store. Arya watches for new support emails, matches them to the customer's order history, and drafts a reply that quotes the right order, shipping status, or policy. You review and send with one click — or enable auto-reply for categories you've vetted (shipping updates, FAQ answers).

For refunds, exchanges, and address changes, Arya calls the Shopify Admin API directly — no copy-paste, no context switching.

Arya is built by a small independent team based in France. We use the product ourselves for customer support — every feature ships only after it survives contact with our own inbox.

Trust & privacy

Customer data is stored on EU infrastructure (Supabase), Shopify access tokens are encrypted at rest, and AI processing happens under Anthropic's standard commercial API terms — your ticket content is never used to train models. Full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
